He could not been more helpful, as when we got to our apartment we were unable to get into it or contact the management company for the keys. However, the driver got on his phone and made some calls, he then found the number for the management company with the keys. "The driver was exactly on time and in the right spot for both pick ups. His driving was also excellent, although Bulgaria has a collection of the worst roads in Europe his driving was sufficiently smooth that all six of us slept at some point on the journey.
